Interactive Learning!

EXCITING NEWS!!

Access Reading Street (https://www.pearsonsuccessnet.com/snpapp/login/login.jsp) at home using the login that was provided on Monday. Students can read our story of the week, high frequency words, vocabulary words, song of the week, and various language arts activities.

Students can also access Renzulli Learning (http://www.renzullilearning.com/default.aspx) and can work on their wild weather research guide.

Dear Families,

I am delighted to welcome your child to second grade!! It is my goal that your child’s second grade experience be filled with personal growth as a thinker and learner. I am very excited about the upcoming school year and I am looking forward to teaching such a promising group of students.

Be assured that I will do my best to make this school year an enjoyable time for your child, but also a time filled with real learning. This is a very special year in your child’s school career! I hope to instill a love of learning that will last throughout your child’s years of schooling. The daily skills we practice in second grade are some of the building blocks for your child’s future success in school and life!

I will be in frequent contact with you regarding your child’s performance, and I encourage you to call or email me with any questions you may have.
